The exercises in this pack (21 in total) allow students to practise the artwork and imaging skills contained in the unit F1FC 11 PC Passport: IT Software - Word Processing and Presenting Information. Other exercise packs are available to support this level:

This pack contains several tasks for you to carry out using suitable software designed to enable imaging and artwork.  There are many applications which you can use to carry out these tasks.  The author of this pack used Adobe Photoshop Elements, version 5. 

There is a collection of files for you to use: some text, some photographs. Your creativity is being tested to the limit with the following tasks. 

Electronic solutions are provided for some exercises, but not all since we do not wish tosome tasks require the creatuivity of students and there is therefore no “right answer”. 

NB The terminology used in some instructions relates directly to Adobe Photoshop Elements – if you are using a different imaging package, then you should experiment with similar effects. To gain the full benefit of this pack, you should be able to use an Artwork/Imaging package.
