This pack teaches students to produce personalised documents by merging data held in a MS Access database with documents created in MS Word 2007. Step-by-step instructions are provided for the construction of a main document containing merge codes, together with instructions for merging this document with both tables and queries in MS Access 2007. The creation of mailing labels is included in this pack. The pack contains 15 tasks for students to work through to learn and consolidate the skill of mailmerging. The pack concludes with The Resource Store Challenge – a task to stretch students with well-developed database skills.
